How do I know that my order was accepted?

Once I review your inquiry form, I’ll contact you via text or email to confirm the order details and send approval.

How far in advance should I order?

All of my products are custom-made, so I require 10 days advance notice. Depending on my school and softball schedule, I may be able to accommodate later requests, but there’s no guarantee. Complete the inquiry form and I’ll do my best!

Can I request items not on the menu?

Yes! I’m always excited to try a new recipe! Complete the inquiry form and write in your specific request in the comment section. Pictures help!

How do I make changes to my order?

You may contact me via email (cakingandcrafting@gmail.com) at least 48 hours prior to the due date.

Do you have gluten-free, sugar-free, or vegan options?

Yes! I can accommodate any special dietary requests. Please explain the allergy in the comments section of the inquiry form.

Are your products nut-free?

I can make any products without nuts; however, I bake in a home kitchen where nuts may be present.

Do you deliver?

Yes! I offer local delivery within 10 miles of Cypress, California. If you live outside the delivery area, please include your address in the Inquiry Form, and we can arrange a pick up location.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! I live in Cypress, California and can arrange pick up from my home bakery.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Cancellations for all custom orders are accepted with at least 48 hours notice. Any cancellations after this time will be subject to a partial charge to cover the cost of the ingredients.

How should I store my baked goods?

Cakes/cupcakes/desserts should be kept in the refrigerator and brought to room temperature before serving. Cookies should be kept in an airtight container.

How long do your products last?

Most items are best consumed within 1-3 days of pickup.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept all major credit cards, cash, Venmo, and Zelle.

When do I pay?

Payment is collected when you receive your order.
